Maiden of the 1800's by LizleMouton Maiden of the 1800's by LizleMouton
I CAN'T BELIEVE I FORGOT ABOUT THIS!!!

I drew it over a YEAR ago! If it looks very Jane Austin-ish, it's because we were reading Pride&Prejudice :heart: and on a handout the prof gave us, was a small picture of a scene where a father was presenting his daughter to a young man. I basically drew the girl in a much large scale, but without the other two figures because...they were not as pretty! :giggle:

I have been coloring this in photoshop...sadly I have SO MANY projects, both personal and uni-wise (although the personal ones I just bring upon myself :XD:) so it may be another month or so before I finish it ^^;

~Cheers!

PS: I learned alot about folds of clothes while drawing this :XD: Oh, and I changed the style of the face of the girl as well as the neck, I made it my own rather than Classical as it was in the image.

I also really want to read Wuthering Heights :) All will happen...eventually. Maybe in the spring or summer ;)

Haha! Really? I did orignally think you were a girl :XD: but I'm not too surprised you're a guy, since I've seen a handful of guys like P&P, especially the 1995 BBC series. Even my DAD likes it :XD: And he's SOOO into action, space-stuff, gun shooting, real macho stuff :P

Jane Eyre is by Emily Bronte though too!

actually, not to be a know it all, but its actually by her sister, charlotte. all three bronte sisters were very talented. emily finished only one novel in her short life. i think she died around 25.
